I just made this tonight for our supper, served with steam Jasmine rice and simple saute Asian veggies. It was superb, otherwise I wouldn't post it and share it with you. Recipe can be found here. The taste of this chicken is kind of similar to my chicken nutmeg sans nutmeg. Will definitely make it over and over again. A simple and easy recipe definitely worth trying!!!

Okay... I have seen a few posts of Nutmeg with chicken... and now I am going to give it a try!!! I had something similar to a middle eastern dish, which I LOVED!

i love how nutmeg adds the flavor of meat to anything. spanakopita, or even a very simple egg and cheese dish. I threw it in my strata this morning and it worked wonders. I am so excited about this and you chicken nutmeg dish

This is something I should I am not very adventurous with my chicken, I like roasted....but it is so versatile I will keep this recipe and try it.
