Garam Masala #2
1 tbs whole black peppercorns
16 whole cloves
6 whole cardamom seeds
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whole black small cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
Grind all ingredients in a coffee grinder. Store in an airtight jar, up to 6 months.
